Should i move my investments prior to the election?

Article Title: Should i move my investments prior to the election?
Question: Should i move my investments prior to the election? The big question in the upcoming election is should i shift my investments? The answer depends on many factors but statistically speaking, it depends on whether a Republican or Democrat is elected. According to an ABC article citing the well respected Bespoke Investment Group, currently 'the Dow is down 27.4% this year. How have stocks fared from Election Day to year's end? When a Democrat wins, stocks have lost 1%, while rising 4% if a Republican wins, Bespoke Investment Group says.' So, according to the article, it obviously does make a difference on what party is elected. Obviously the choice is yours. You can make a decision based on facts or you can play it like the lottery and let emotions determine your decision.
